Which is why we have so many people in place to make sure the right things happen at the right time. There's a huge amount of planning involved - especially in a business like Virgin Blue, where our Network Management team works to ensure that our planes leave on time, and that they have the right team on board. Or Virgin Media, where our teams make sure engineers get where they need to be, when they need to be there. Or Virgin Mobile, which is all about keeping things simple.
