Where would we be without IT? Or you, for that matter. In a business like ours, things don't stand still for long. And more often than not, it's IT that enables us to change the way we do things, or make them work even better. As you'd expect, the opportunities here are wide-reaching. They cover everything from making sure our computers and phones are up and running (after all, we couldn't operate without them) through to using technology to create even better services for our customers. For example, in Virgin Holidays, it's down to our IT teams to improve our systems, which means we can deliver great service - and make sure every booking goes through smoothly.
