We recognise and celebrate that all our people are different and have different needs. So we offer all sorts of benefits – some financial, some about health and well-being and some just for fun. And they’re all the kind of benefits that are genuinely worth having. They vary from company to company, and there are some country differences too. So you want in ...
Every business has its own specific recruitment process, but we all agree on one thing – that people are the lifeblood of Virgin. So we all put in a lot of work into our hunt for talent. If you’re invited in for an interview, it could be a behavioural interview, where we ask you about your specific experiences, or more of a biographical interview, which will be based around your CV. But there are all sorts of other techniques that we use too – everything from psychometric tests through to assessment centres. It’s also a chance for you to check us out and make sure this is the place for you.
